Playdough FAQ’s

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR DOUGH?

In order of volume: All purpose flour*, Water, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Cream of Tartar, a few drops of Food coloring, a few drops of skin safe fragrance oil or essential oil.

*Contains gluten. 

WHAT AGE IS YOUR PLAYDOUGH RECOMMENDED FOR?

Ages 3 and older due to younger children putting things in their mouth. Our dough is made with kitchen ingredients but it is not a food and not meant to be eaten. Also our dough comes with small parts and glitters that are not edible.

HOW CAN I KEEP MY TABLE CLEAN?

We recommend using a cookie sheet or placemat on the table and to help from staining any sensitive material table. Check out our Playdough placemats in our toys and accessories collection.

HOW CAN I ENROLL IN THE MONTHLY MAGICAL JAR SUBSCRIPTION

Go to our shop page to enroll. You can subscribe anytime. Each payment is a preorder, and jars ship out at the beginning of the next month, and continues until you cancel. You can take a break or cancel as needed, no refunds.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY MAGICAL JAR SUBSCRIPTION

Cancel from your account or email us at DoughHouseOffice@gmail.com. When you cancel, we will cancel all upcoming payments. Payments that have already went through are non-refundable and you will be mailed your item for that payment. You can take a break from your subscription as well.
